1942 book: born about 1735; Find a Grave 38260348 gives 1731-1814. ** DAR PATRIOT CONFIRMED 10 Sep 2026 (GRS, browser): Ancestor #A129604 - BENJAMIN WALLINGFORD, VIRGINIA PATRIOTIC SERVICE: "FURNISHED MATERIAL AID" (Abercrombie & Slatten, VA Revolutionary Public Claims, Vol 1 p 124). DAR gives b. CIRCA 1731 Prince Georges Co (prob. Maryland), d. 24 Jun 1814 MASON CO KENTUCKY, resided Berkeley Co VA, spouse (1) PRUDENCE - all matching our Benjamin Franklin Wallingford (b. ~1731, m. Prudence Elliott, d. Jun 1814 Mason Co KY per FaG 38260348). DAR flags ONE bad previously-verified paper (a Joseph-daughter ELIZA mislink, DATA CF 3/2010) - does not affect our line. 25+ member applications hang off this patriot INCLUDING #896295 through child REBECCA, spouse [1] JAMES MURROW - a DAR app already exists through Rob's exact 3G-grandparents (Rebecca Wallingford m. James Murrow, m. 4 Jan 1816 Fleming Co KY). Also apps through Phoebe m. David Blue (922048/49) - the double-cousin Blue line. Rob qualifies: MURROW-DAR line = Benjamin Wallingford (A129604) -> Rebecca -> Charles Harlan Sr -> John Salter -> George Washington (1870) -> Robert Dale (1905) -> John W. (1927) -> Rob (1948).
